4 October 2012

The global markets and the Warsaw Stock Exchange rebounded this morning after dropping right before yesterday’s closing bell. The WIG20 index increased by 0.39 percent, coming in at 2398.13 points. Kernel and JWS (Jastrzębska Spólka Węglowa) saw the biggest gains this morning, increasing by 2.4 percent and 1.2 percent, respectively, while Boryszewa and PGNiG began the day in the red. Investors, however, remained calm as they waited for the European Central Bank conference to start today.
