The Christian Tour travel agency has acquired a majority stake in Europa Travel and Bibi Touring.
The cost of the transaction was not disclosed. Cristian Pandel, owner of Christian Tour, said his company is expecting to book at least 200,000 holidays next year, thanks to the takeover.
Pandel also added that Christian Tours is planning to develop a hotels division.
