Warsaw’s office market outpaces CEE region

3 October 2012

Some 280,000 sqm of new office space is set to go up in Warsaw in 2012, putting the city in the forefront of the European markets, after Moscow, Paris and Vienna. The Polish capital currently has 3.7m sqm of offices currently available. “Poland keeps resisting the economic slowdown. In some way, Poland benefits from the current situation. Many of companies are now looking to cut their expenses and move their operations to Poland,” said Daniel Bienias from CBRE’s office department. “The number of tenants is increasing for Poland, especially in the BPO and R&D sectors.”
