Poczta Polska has sealed a deal with Warsaw Real Estate Holding (WHN) on space at the Domaniewska project, now underway in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The final agreement was signed last week, with the law firms Kancelaria SSW Spaczyński and Szczepaniak i Wspólnicy. CBRE acted as an advisor in the transaction. Poczta Polska will use the build-to-suit space as its new headquarters, which will add more than 1,000 jobs to the local labor market. The new office, set to be handed over in June 2015, will have a total of 13,000 sqm of space.
