In one of the first major residential investments started in Bucharest this year, Adama broke ground on 160 apartments in the capital’s Titan district.
Owned by the Austrian group Immofinanz, Adama has developed about 1,500 apartments in Romania, half of which are located in the capital’s Titan district.
Its new project comprises two buildings that should be delivered next fall. Prices will range between €850-900 per sqm. Bog’Art is in charge of construction.
