EDP-Energias de Portugal SA has acquired a portfolio of solar projects totalling 60 megawatts in Romania, according to Monica Cojocaru, the lawyer in charge of the sale.
EDP could spend about €120m ($154m) on the projects, according to a report by the daily Ziarul Financiar.
