Construction on a new office scheme called GreenWings Offices is set to start next month in Warsaw. CFE Polska will oversee construction of the seven-story office building that will deliver 10,810 sqm of leasable space to the local market. Located on Stycznia street near Frideric Chopin Airport, the project will also include an underground garage with 270 parking spots. The investor, GreenWings Office, is owned and managed by OKRE Development.
