26 September 2012

GLL Real Estate Partners acquired the Renaissance building in Warsaw from the Spanish investment company Falcon Real Estate Investments. Located on Plac Zbawiciela street, the project was delivered in 2005, adding 5,230 sqm of office and retail space to the local market.
“There is a continually strong demand for Warsaw offices from investors,” said Sean Doyle, Associate Director of the Capital Markets department at CBRE in Poland, which advised GLL during the transaction. “Warsaw is looking increasingly attractive as Poland’s economy continues to out-perform other parts of Europe.”
