Radcom, one of Romania’s leading telecommunication providers, moved into Multigalaxy Business Center II near Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard in Bucharest.
The company signed a lease on 2,000 sqm covering the fifth and sixth floor of the building. Radcom has also rented a 1,000 sqm warehouse of 1,000 sqm on the Bucharest beltway.
Colliers International coordinated the relocation process.
According to Colliers’ “2012 Mid-Year Research and Forecast Report”, the IT segment was the main driver of the Romanian market during the first half of 2012, taking more than half of the total office space leased.
