The German transport and logistics international operator DB Schenker rented a second 5,200 sqm unit at Phoenix Logistics Center in Bucharest and now occupies 10,400 sqm there.
Jones Lang LaSalle, which handled the first transaction back in 2011, was the leasing agent for this deal as well.
The 22,000 sqm Phoenix Logistics Center is located at the intersection where the A1 highway and the Western ring road cross. It has two, 5,200 sqm units still available to rent.
Schenker, one of the largest global logistics suppliers, acquired the Romanian logistics giant Romtrans in 2008.
