Impact Corti has appointed CBRE the marketing and leasing agent of Green Point, a new office project it will develop for the US company Hampshire Investments. The 7,000 sqm office building will be located next to the Mövenpick Hotel in Prague 5-Smíchov, near Anděl. The developer needs to secure pre-lease contracts before construction can start. “Green Point is the only new office development project which is truly located in the popular office location of Anděl,” said Bert Hesselink, head of CBRE’s office agency. The developer intends to get a BREEAM Excellent certification.
