Futureal begins Vision Towers in Budapest

24 September 2012

After getting all the required licenses, leading Hungarian real estate developer and property company Futureal has begun its new project called Vision Towers. Half of the new 23,500 sqm office complex will become the new Hungarian headquarters for auditing giant KPMG, with the remainder to be leased out.
The construction will mostly be carried out by HBM-KÉSZ, while several tenders and applications are still running. Environmental concerns are a primary concern for the developer during the construction process. It insists that the new office building will enjoy excellent public and road access being located near the metro network on Váci út. The building will provide jobs for more than 600 people.
