YIT Stavo, the Czech branch of Finnish YIT Group, started construction on its fifth residential project in Prague called KOTI Bráník. The project, going up in Prague 4, will include four apartment buildings offering 107 units, 10 percent of which will be fitted out with saunas. KOTI Bráník will offer flats ranging from studios to five-room apartments and a few maisonettes, with prices from CZK 1.6m to 6.26m. The project is scheduled for completion in the winter of 2013.
