A cornerstone laying ceremony has been scheduled next month at the Pomorskie Centrum Logistyczne, led by Goodmann. Work on the project is now underway on the 110ha plot, located in the city of Gdańsk near the city’s container terminal. Once completed, the project will offer 500,000 sqm of new storage and office space. The developer entered the Polish warehouse market in 2005, and has added 250,000 sqm of space to its portfolio across the country since then.
