Energy service provider Delkia Polska signed a seven-year lease on 5,562 sqm of space in Plac Unii, a mixed-use project going up in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. ING Group also signed on for space in the building earlier this year. Plac Unii is a joint project between Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development. It will deliver 41,300 sqm of office space and 15,500 sqm of retail space when construction finishes next year.
