M&K Development started construction on the second phase of Čakovický park, a residential project it is building in Prague’s Čakovice district. The current phase will add 88 flats to the 105 already completed. Once completed, the project will have a total of 274 flats. The first phase is securing its user permit, and Ivan Ševěček of M&K Development says 88 units have already been sold. Flats in the second phase, to be completed by the end of next year, are on offer at CZK 38,000/sqm.
