Dom Development is into the third phase of its Saska project, a housing estate along Bora-Komorowskiego street in Warsaw’s Saska Kępa and Gocławek districts. The project will deliver a total of 1,579 new flats to the market, with 670 units expected to be delivered in the scheme’s current phase. Dom Development will deliver the flats in the first quarter of 2014.
The first stage of the project was completed in June 2011. The Saska project includes 11 buildings, ranging from seven to 14 floors.
