The state-owned Polish Real Estate Holding (PHN) plans to go public this September, the Polish Ministry of Treasury told the daily Puls Biznesu. PHN indicated that there are four major lenders on the local market interested in getting a share of the business “We believe, PHN’s IPO could take place this fall,” a source with knowledge of the negotiations told the daily Puls Biznesu. “Our advisors are now negotiating with some of the biggest investors, who are likely to take a large stake in the holding. After significant players take a large share in the company, interest from smaller investors increases.”
