The software company Netop Tech Romania has moved into the Phoenix Tower office building in Unirii, said BNP Paribas Real Estate, which brokered the relocation.
The software company had been located in Virtutii Office Building, in the Militari area, until that building burned down during a fire in July.
Netop Tech Romania’s new headquarters is located on the 4th floor of the building and has an area of 920 sqm.
Phoenix Tower office building, owned by Aberdeen Immobilien, was renovated in 2011 after an investment of €7m.
