The property advisors UGL Services, which purchased DTZ earlier this year, has announced the two companies will from now on operate under the DTZ brand. “From now on, we will be providing our services on the real estate market as DTZ. We have become a company that currently employs over 47,000 people in 52 countries. We look to expand and to invest in our business, focusing to provide high quality services,” says Richard Leupen, UGL’s Managing Director & CEO adding that the step is a milestone in the company’s strategy, which is to create an integrated, global business that would be able to shape the property market.
