Polnord has signed a lease at the third building of Wilanów Office Park this week with the company CSL Behring AG. The Swiss medical concern is to move into B3 building this November, making its entry into the Polish market.
The first two buildings at the office park were taken by Pol-Aqua and by Asseco. “The companies interested in taking space at building B3 are active in the FMCG, marketing and communications, pharmaceuticals and financial sectors, says Michał Świerczyński, vice-president of Polnord.
