Twarda Tower has changed hands this month, with Europa Capital LLP having just signed an agreement with BPT Asset Management AS to acquire the facility. Built in 2003, Twarda Tower provides 27,000 sqm of office space in central Warsaw, next to Jana Pawła II Avenue and the ONZ roundabout. There’s refurbishment work planned for the building next year, with Warimpex Polska chosen to carry out the work. Twarda Tower is fully leased to Telekomunikacja Polska, Poland’s largest communication service provider, and recently affiliated to France Telecom.
“We’re delighted to have completed this transaction, because opportunities to acquire prime assets in central Warsaw are rare. It’s the third prime investment we made for Europa Fund III in central Europe and the second in Poland,” said Michael Abel of Europa Capital LLP.
