IVG has expanded its Polish portfolio with a new office building in Warsaw. It’s the seventh deal sealed by IVG over the past two years on the Polish property market. The new purchase is a 9-storey facility located at Lwowska Street, and was led by one of the Pramerica funds. The facility is now fully let, with the law firm Clifford Chance signing up as the building’s anchor. The list of tenants also includes Nordea Bank, Comanche Investments and the telecommunication company Aero.
“Norway House is our latest unique investment, that combines a prime location and elegant architecture, as well high quality office space,” says Maciej Zajdel, managing director of IVG in Poland adding the latest deal was not the last planned for 2012. It’s expanded IVG’s portfolio by 5,400 sqm of class A office space.
