Panattoni Europe, the leader in Poland’s warehouse space market, announces that it has renewed a lease contract at Panattoni Park Stryków. A current customer, Leroy Merlin, is staying on more than 56,000 sqm of modern warehouse space.
Panattoni Park Stryków is one of Panattoni’s four modern distribution complexes in Central Poland. The investment lies some 15 km from the Łódź city centre, right next to the A2 motorway junction in Stryków and in the vicinity of national routes no 14 (Warsaw – Łódź) and 71 (Zgierz – Stryków). Panattoni Park Stryków consists of three buildings totalling 107,100 sqm and offers modern warehouse space providing an excellent base for logistics operators and sales companies.
