The V-shaped apartment highrise project ECM Real Estate offered for sale as part of a sell-off of its assets has attracted the interest of CEI Estate. The company has also shown interest in the office portion of the Epoque project, according to the Archiweb website. Euro Property Investment is a potential buyer of the land for the third phase of a residential project ECM has been developing in Unhošť, and UniCredit Turn-Around Management CEE is considering the acquisition of Varenska Office Center in Ostrava.
The website also claims that sale of further two projects in Pankrác, Prague 4, City Deco and City Element, has been complicated by a restitutional claim. ECM insists it only learned about the issue in May this year, a statement that has raised eyebrows among ECM creditors at the meeting of the creditor’s committee.
