Casa Rusu invests €400,000 in third Bucharest store

Casa Rusu, the retail division of the Romanian furniture manufacturer Rus Savitar, opened its third store in Bucharest with an area of 4,000 sqm, after an investment of €400,000. The store is part of a network of 22 outlets.

The company, controlled by the family Rusu, has around 670 employees, and plans to increase this number by more than 100. Its turnover last year was €27m.

Rus Savitar produces furniture for both local and foreign markets, exporting to Europe, but also in Iraq and the UAE. In the last seven years, the company invested over €22m in modernizing its production factories.
