HB Reavis has signed up a new tenant for its office project River Gardens, which it completed in Prague 8 Karlin in the second quarter this year. Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a global providers of HR and payroll outsourcing, has leased 5,800 sqm of space in a deal brokered by Colliers International. The transaction enables ADP to relocate from the outskirts of Prague to the newly built office project located near the city center with potential for further expansion.
