CBE has been appointed as agent for Carpathia, a prestigious office project being built in the Powisle district of Warsaw. The 4,700 sqm office building will have five floors of offices and two underground parking floors for around 40 cars. CBRE will be working together with the Krakow-based agency Fisheye in representing the developer – GD&K Group, which specializes in office, hotel and residential projects. The building permit for the scheme is already in place, with construction is set to begin in Q4 2012. Completion should take place at the beginning of 2014.
