This year should end with 130,00 sqm of new office supply in Bucharest, according to the real estate agency Colliers International. The company predicts that by 2015, this figure will rise to 200,000 sqm, meaning that a three year decline in office output should come to an end.
Colliers reports that numerous developers are now expressing their interest in beginning new projects.
Over the first six months of 2012, 40,000 sqm of class A office stock was added to the Bucharest market through the completion of three new buildings. Two of them are fully leased.
