One of the Warsaw’s biggest investment has been put on hold by the city authorities, says the company Elektrim, which owns the land where this huge project is planned. According to to Puls Biznesu, the Warsaw’s city hall has delayed issuing a zoning plan for the project, as it will eventually have buy the land from Elektrim intended for the public roads. The master plan for the area was supposed to be approved this June.
According to unofficial sources, the plan could be approved this fall, but the president of Elektrim, Wojciech Piskorz says the delay throws into doubt the profitability of the entire scheme.
