Echo investment is filling up its ongoing Aquarius Business House having just signed a new tenant this week. IT specialist Axit took 1,200 sqm at Echo’s projects planning to open its Wrocław premises at the complex. The project, that’s now under development at the corner of Borowska and Swobodna streets is set to be delivered in two phases. Echo begin the works on the first stage of the construction last June, and expects to complete it in November. Echo secured the financing for the project from Alior Bank, that provided a PLN 93.3m loan for the project. The completion of the project’s second stage is set September 2013.
