Yet another big transaction has gone through on Poland’s property, with Allianz Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners taking one of the Warsaw’s downtown main offices, the Warsaw Financial Center, for €210m. This recent transaction is the second made by the German insurer in Warsaw. The building was offloaded by Pramerica Real Estate Investors and CA Immo, who co-owned. Now, Allianz Real Estate holds 87.5 percent of the building, with the remaining 12.5 percent owned by Tristan Capital Partners. The 32-storey building provides 50,000 sqm of office space to the city’s prime, location, at the corner of Świętokszyska and Emilii Plater Streets, along with underground parking for 350 vehicles. The highest floor is now occupied by Enterprise Investors.
