Romanian transport and tourism group Eurolines ended the first half of 2012 with turnover of €27.7m, an increase from the same period of the last year from when it reached just €18.8m.
More than half of the group’s revenues came from the travel agencies Eurolines and TUI TravelCenter, grouped under Touring Europabus România.
Eurolines brought TUI Travel PLC to Romania last year.
Eurolines Romania was established in 1995, and by 1997 became of a member of the largest European road transport organizations of persons. In Romania, Eurolines is one of the top international passenger lines, with the the largest network of travel agencies.
