A new, HUF 400m industrial park for smaller enterprises was inaugurated in Tatbánya. Half of the resources for the construction comes from the New Széchenyi Plan. Its basic area is 5,000 sqm, an expansion of the 2,000 sqm facility originally built there. The small park’s advantage is that it is flexible, with units sized appropriately for smaller companies, it has all the infrastructure and is easily approachable. It’s located close to the M1 motorway, near the Gabofloor and General Electic facilities.
