Red Group has added 11 new names to its tenant list since the beginning of this year. They took a total of 5,500 sqm of space in Red Group’s Prague and Ostrava developments. Four tenants have signed for Nagano Park in Prague’s third district. The largest of these was the American company Vendavo, a provider of price management and optimization software, which leased almost 1,000m sqm. News Advertising, BIS GROUP and KLAR Fashion (Pepe Jeans) are further new additions. Lego decided to expand its lease and will occupy an entire floor in Nagano III.
More than 4,000 sqm were leased in The Orchard Ostrava since the beginning of the year. Despite increasing competition and the continuing impact of the global economic crisis, Ostrava’s premier business park attracted seven new lease agreements in 2012 from Vodafone, Visteon, ACS, Comdata Group, AutoCont and Sodexo.
