The first phase of Bałtycki Business Park was completed this month, and the first tenants are already moving into the building. UniCredit will be occupying four floors of the building, though talks on the biggest leases are now underway, says Agnieszka Czapska from the investor, Koncepta. With the current occupancy reaching 90 percent in the project’s first stage, the investor is now in talks to lease the remaining space on the ground floor of the building. The second building was said to be 60% occupied.
The complex is situated on a 3ha plot, on 1 Maja Street in Szczecin. Once completed, the quartet of six-storey office buildings will offer 40,000 sqm of leasable space with parking for 8000 vehicles. The investment is said to be worth PLN 200m.
