J&T has been busy off-loading real estate properties, beginning with the financial group’s sale of Praha Prosek Point and its own headquarters building on Pobřežní street in Prague 8’s Karlin district. J&T Bank spokesperson Monika Veselá said that the company sold Bea Development, the SPV which owns Pobřežní, for CZK 224.5m. J&T will continue to lease the space in the building. The sale price of Prosek Point office project which has cost J&T CZK 1bn to develop, has not been disclosed. Continental Investment Holding is the new owner of Prosek Point. J&T Real Estate says it’s considering the sale of further projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but at the same time it is open to acquisitions. The value of the company’s property portfolio totaled at €671m last year.
