Consumer products giant Unilever has extended its lease at Baneasa Business & Technology Park in Bucharest by five years. Cushman & Wakefield reported the news, saying the company’s lease was for approximately 2,500 sqm of office space.
Active in Romania since 1995, Unilever has occupied the space since 2007, said Andrei Birsan, Head of Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield in Romania.
The business park offers 26,000 sqm of class A office space, and houses tenants such as DuPont, BMW, Eaton, Adidas, Nokia Siemens Networks and Subaru Motors, Romtelecom. C&W says Baneasa Business & Technology Park is 90 percent occupied, and that most of the companies have already extended their lease agreements.
