PasserInvest Group has completed the shell of the building G in the BB Centrum office complex in Prague 4 – Michle. The new addition, located in the north-eastern part of BB Centrum on Baarova street, will offer a mix of 5,500 sqm of office and 1,000 sqm of retail space, along with 148 parking spaces on three underground floors. The architects Martin Krupauer and Jiří Střítecký of A8000 studio have designed the building to get a BREEAM certificate. The general contractor Berger Bohemia should complete the project in early 2013.
