Geosan Development started work on Liberty Building, a re-development of the former Regula factory in Prague 4 Nusle. Clearing the area will be followed by construction of the project’s first phase, resulting in 114 apartments. The residential portion is scheduled for completion in spring 2014 and Geosan claims 20 percent of the flats have been pre-sold. To boost the sales, the company offers 15 percent discount. Second phase, a reconstruction of the existing office building will add a mix of office and apartments, including lofts.
