AFI Europe has sold off Tulipa Vokovice, a residential project in Prague 6 near the Divoká Šárka nature reserve to Daramis Group. Doron Klein, AFI Europe Czech Republic CEO says that AFI plans to concentrate on its existing developments and that Daramis offered “interesting conditions”. For Daramis, the transaction follows its acquisition of 4D Kodaňská Office Center in Prague 10 and the Šárka Business Park in Prague 6. The company has already developed 700 apartments in various locations around Prague, such as River Lofts, Tulipán, Nad Vltavským údolím and others.
