Panattoni Europe delivers 240,000 sqm in 2012

Panattoni Europe has reviewed the first half of 2012. First of all, the construction of new space – as much as 240,000 sqm in Poland, which according to a Jones Lang LaSalle report makes the developer the most active player in the market.

In H1 of 2012, Panattoni Europe had under development warehousing and industrial projects to a total of 240,000 sqm. The most noteworthy projects include: Panattoni Park Łódź East, which is being extended by a further 27,700 sqm in two buildings; Panattoni Park Wrocław II and the emerging 10,000-square-metre building two of the centre; and a further 18,600 sqm at Panattoni Park Mysłowice.

New contracts: The contracts signed account for nearly 162,600 sqm of space, of which more than 124,200 sqm is in new contracts. One particularly noteworthy contract among them is for 35,000 sqm of modern industrial and warehouse space for one of the largest manufacturers of glass and glass products, Nippon Sheet Glass. The facility is under construction at the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN and is the largest foreign investment in 2011 granted by the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency.
