KSP acquires two office buildings from Hochtief

Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (KSP) acquired two Warsaw office buildings from Hochtief Development Poland this week. The transaction follows KSP’s purchase of Stratos Office Centre last year. The company said it is targeting facilities in prime location across Poland. The newly acquired buildings from Hochtief include a total of 18,000 sqm of space. The first one is a located on Małachowskiego Square, providing 7,600 sqm of offices and 1,500 of retail space. The second is a four-story building in downtown Warsaw that offering 2,250 sqm of space, 750 sqm of which is intended for retail.
