The sales compensation management provider Synygy will relocate its Iasi headquarter offices to the United Business Center in August.
The €265m business center, which opened in June, was developed Iulius Group. The massive project, which took more than four years to build, includes of a 54,200 sqm shopping mall, three class A office buildings covering 20,000 sqm, a residential tower with 75 apartments and two four-star hotels. It also has a five-floor underground parking garage and a multiplex operated by Village Cinemas which should open in September.
The project added some 4,000 jobs to the local market.
Synygy has another office in Bucharest where it employs 50 people.
