Ghelamco finished its two-year renovation of Warsaw’s historic Senator office building this week. The new project adds 25,000 sqm of new office and retail space to downtown Warsaw, as well as an underground parking garage for 330 vehicles. Ghelamco was just granted an occupancy permit for the building, which is currently 75 percent leased. Tenants include PKN Orlen, Rabobank Group, Euronet and BRE Bank. Senator used to house the Polish Bank (Bank Polski).
