The developer Ablon Group started construction on the first phase of its Airport City Logistic Park project this week in Budapest. The project’s first tenant, Benteler Distribution Hungary, has already signed a lease on 6,300 sqm. Ablon has delivered 20 warehouses in Hungary, worth some €400m. Airport City Logistic Park is the company’s latest €4m investment. Ablon said construction should be completed by the end of the year.
