Svenska Handelsbanken AB signed a lease on 888 sqm in Ghelamco Poland’s Mokotów Nova office complex in Warsaw. Svenska plans to open its main office there in November and will stay in the space for at least six years. “The decision to change our headquarters comes from the idea to centralize of all our offices in one location,” said Dariusz Karwański, senior negotiator in office department at Savills, who secured the transaction.
Mokotów Nove offers 41,000 sqm of office and retail space on Wołoska street, as well as 972 parking places.
