One of the biggest lease deals is poised to hit the Polish office market, with the energy company Tele-Fonika Kable now looking for 3,000 sqm of space for its new headquarters in Katowice. The company’s spokesman Aleksy Pachwicewicz said 205 employees would be relocating by end of September, though there is no current plans to relocate the company’s produce center.
Tele-Foniki Kable is likely to move into one of the buildings in the Centrum Biurowe Francuska complex. Talks are currently underway with the developer GTC. The two office buildings that make up Centrum Biurowe Francuska offer 21,700 sqm of office space, of which 60 percent is currently leased.
