Echo Investment completed its residential scheme in Wrocław and obtain the occupancy permit for the project this week. The Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu project, located on Jedności Narodowej street, offers 250 flats, ranging from 37 to 97 sqm. There are also retail units on the ground floor as well as above and below ground parking spaces. Echo started work on the project in 2010.
Echo Investment has delivered 90 projects in the CEE region, totalling more than 800,000 sqm.
