Coldwell Banker opened 11 new branches on the Romanian market. The company now has a total of 46 offices in the country with 16 in Bucharest alone. New branches were opened in Bistrita, Braila, Drobeta-Turnu Severin, Galati, Iasi, Miercurea Ciuc, Ploiesti, Satu Mare, Sfantul Gheorghe, Suceava and Vaslui.
Coldwell Banker’s Romanian portfolio includes approximately 900 buildings with a combined area of about 800,000 sqm.
Meanwhile, the company has started managing properties in financial difficulties, through its Real Estate Owned (REO) Management division, according to Valentin Ilie, CEO of Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania.
